My approach is deeply personal—I combine modern ABA with evidence-based modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, though I keep the jargon to a minimum. I believe in fostering psychological flexibility, real adaptive learning, and lasting well-being. Working collaboratively, I shape interventions that fit each individual, making this center a place where science meets real, human growth.

My journey began as a behavior analyst working closely with adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. Early on, I saw something important: Real progress didn’t come from focusing on behavior alone. The most meaningful changes happened when people felt supported, understood, and psychologically flexible—when learning could happen without fear, pressure, or rigidity.
Over time, I began integrating more modern, evidence-based approaches into my work—particularly acceptance-based and mindfulness-informed practices within an ABA framework. What I discovered was powerful: When we support emotional regulation, flexibility, and values-based living alongside skill development, learning becomes deeper and change lasts longer.
That insight shaped everything that followed.
What started as an idea evolved into a broader vision and a plan —one centered on individuals and families. I saw firsthand that supporting caregivers, partners, and family systems was just as essential as working one-on-one. Growth doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in relationships, in environments, and in everyday life.
That’s why this center exists.
