At the heart of my work is a simple belief: People grow best when they feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. Real change doesn't happen through pressure or checklists - it happens when someone feels cared for, respected, and free to be themselves.

I've spent many years working closely with adolescents and adults with complex needs, including autism, other developmental differences, and individuals with histories of trauma or co-occurring emotional challenges. What I've learned over time is this: Growth doesn't come from focusing on behavior alone. It comes when people feel emotionally safe, flexible and supported in ways that honor their whole experience.

That's why I began weaving mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches into my ABA work. When skill-building is paired with emotional well-being, compassion, and values, learning becomes deeper and more meaningful. Progress feels less forced- and more human.

Access matters, too. Everyone deserves the chance to feel supported, regardless of finances. That’s why we accept insurance and Medicaid along with a sliding scale for those who are private pay to maintain affordability - so care is available to those who need it most.

In the end, this work is about building flexible, resilient lives - together. And I'm here to walk alongside you in that process. :)
